📚Book + 🎥Video + ⌨️Code + 👥X

Goals

  • [Master] - Core language features of Modern C++ and their usage scenarios
  • [Master] - The ability to identify and debug issues using compiler error messages
  • [Familiarize] - The ability to solve unfamiliar C++ problems using documentation and cppreference
  • [Understand] - How to participate in the technical community — using open-source projects, asking questions, joining discussions, or contributing

[!CAUTION] This project is currently in its early development stage. If you encounter any issues, feel free to create an issue for feedback or directly submit a PR to fix it.

Quick Start

Try Code -> Book -> Video -> X -> Code

Practice online

Open in GitHub Codespaces

Wait for the environment to be ready, then run d2x checker in the terminal.

Practice locally

1. Get the course

Install xlings and Git, then reopen your terminal.

git clone https://github.com/mcpp-community/d2mcpp.git
cd d2mcpp

2. Install the course versions

xlings update
xlings install -y

Run these commands from the course directory. xlings install installs the versions declared in .xlings.json; after updating the course with Git, run the same two commands again.

3. Verify and practice

mcpp test -p solutions # all reference answers should pass
d2x checker                  # edit -> save -> auto-check -> advance

The first run may take a few minutes. Errors in unfinished exercises are expected.
